The Internet & Public Policy Project (IP3) is led by Prof. Hans Klein. It focuses on policy issues related to the Internet. IP3 embraces conceptual analyses grounded in political sociology with a focus on institutions, theories of governance, and the role of communication and persuasion in Internet governance.
IP3 is one of two Internet projects at the School of Public Policy. The other is the Internet Governance Project (IGP) led by Prof. Milton Mueller. (From 2015 to 2019 IP3 was integrated into IGP.)
